Five for Friday - 8/1/14

Linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching this first Friday in August! Where has the summer gone?!?!
Last weekend, our church had "Dog Days". You can bring your dog to church with you at two of the services. People loved it! I do not have a dog because Nick's allergic, however, I did bring one of my best teacher friends. #she'sbetterthanadog Boy, am I going to miss her this year!
Yesterday was our last day of camp. This summer has been one that I will never forget. It was a challenge to learn sign language and use it to teach reading to children who have hearing disorders. I wasn't sure I could do it...but I pulled through! I'm excited for next year with the kiddos.
This week, I reached 1500 followers on Instagram! Thank you all for tagging along on this journey with me! I have a HUGE giveaway to celebrate and it closes tonight! You can here on my blog. Good luck!
SNEAK PEEK! - Want to know how I use this in the classroom??? Come back tomorrow and learn more about this fabulous products from one of my favorite bloggy friends!
Can you guess where I am?!?! (Hint: My mom liked to dress me in fancy outfits & big bows!) I don't even need to tell you. You can see that pink bow from a mile away! How cute was I in PK 3! I found this picture the other day at my dad's house. I treasure this picture now because on Monday I start back to work at a new job and a new school. Butttt, the school's not really new to me because it's the one in this picture! I am so excited to be back in the school that I grew up in. More about the new position coming in the future!

Have a fabulous Friday, and be sure to link up with other teachers!

    1. Yes! I am SO excited! I will be working in an office with my brother's K teacher. And a little less than half of my teachers are still working at the school in some degree. The principal is even the same one I had in 5th grade! :) Amazing.
